Terms of use

By sending a collection request in this app, you agree to these terms. The same terms are published at https://www.reusehub.co.uk/terms.

The collection

ReuseHub collects clothes, textiles, shoes, mixed bags and small or medium electronics for free in Hull and East Yorkshire. The postcode must start with HU. You do not need a scale. The weight you choose is an estimate. The driver records the real weight at the door.

A request is not a confirmed appointment until ReuseHub accepts it. The time you choose is the window you asked for.

What we do not collect

• Furniture
• Large white goods
• Televisions over 32 inches
• Hazardous waste
• Wet or mouldy textiles
• Torn clothes
• Broken electronics
• Electronics missing parts, including cables

Condition of the items

Clothes must not be torn. Electronics must not be broken, and they must include their parts, including cables.

The driver may refuse the collection if the items do not meet these conditions.

Your part

• Give a correct name, phone, email and address
• Only hand over items you are allowed to give away
• Make sure someone can meet the driver
• Enter the email code so we know a person sent the request

Your account

You can delete your account while you are signed in. The control is on the account screen and in Settings. The same control is on the website, in the booking section, and the full terms are at https://www.reusehub.co.uk/terms. Deleting the account removes the sign-in and the collection requests saved to it. You can also email info@reusehub.co.uk and ask us to delete the account.

The service is free

There is no charge for a collection we accept. We are not liable for indirect loss from using the app or from a collection, except where the law does not allow that limit.
